والق ما في يمينك تلقف ما صنعوا انما صنعوا كيد ساحر ولا يفلح الساحر حيث اتى ٦٩
وَأَلْقِ مَا فِى يَمِينِكَ تَلْقَفْ مَا صَنَعُوٓا۟ ۖ إِنَّمَا صَنَعُوا۟ كَيْدُ سَـٰحِرٍۢ ۖ وَلَا يُفْلِحُ ٱلسَّاحِرُ حَيْثُ أَتَىٰ ٦٩

In these readings, the verbs (forms I and V, respectively) are jussive as consequence of the instruction to 'Throw'. *NB: one narration from al-Bazzī (from Ibn Kathīr) has yamīnika-ttalaqqaf.

In this reading, this is a circumstantive clause for the 'stick', and the verb (form V) is indicative.
